At Ascension, we know that a pole dance (or floor, chair, twerk) party is so much more than just the dancing! What’s the tea? Here’s some more details:
These parties are only offered at pre-scheduled times during the week until March 31, 2026. That means all you have to do to snag a time is purchase your pass and enroll in the open time spot of your choice!
When we get the notification that you’ve booked, we’ll reach out via the email on the booking to send you a survey link to personalize your party! You’ll get to choose the type of dance instruction you want, music genres to listen to, as well as the level of “sexy” you and your guests are comfortable with. There are also optional upgrades you’ll get to check out! You’ll also be sent a list of “pro-tips” to share with your guests so you show up feeling confident and ready to PARTY!

The Fine Print – a.k.a. What You Need To Know
- We welcome all ability levels and body types. On the customization survey, there is an area to request mobility and sensory accommodations for any of your guests!
- All guests are required to sign a waiver upon arrival at the studio. Guests who cannot or choose not to participate in the instruction portion and instead simply observe in the instruction must still sign a waiver and are included in the guest count.
- If you have a medical condition, you must ask your doctor before proceeding with physical activity. We are happy to make accommodations for physical ability limitations.
- Guests who arrive and show signs of severely decreased motor skills as a result of intoxication may not participate in the instruction portion of class. This is non-negotiable due to the inherent risks of physical activity, and is mandated by insurance coverage.
- Sparkling cider beverage will be provided (1 glass per guest) for the after-party toast. Unfortunately we cannot allow outside alcohol on to the premises.
- Our studio is trans- and queer-owned and that is apparent in much of our studio decor. If this will be a problem for you or your guests, we may not be a fit for your party.
Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Timeliness
We value our employees’ time, so we have these policies in place in order to make sure they are compensated for holding these times for you in their schedule.
- Rescheduling:
- 7 or more days prior to the party: Parties may be rescheduled once to another open spot at no cost.
- 6 or fewer days prior to the party: Parties may be rescheduled to another open spot via a $30 re-booking fee.
- Cancellation:
- If cancelled 7+ days prior to the party date, 50% refund on the price paid.
- If cancelled 0-6 days prior to party date, no refund.
- Timeliness
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We tidy and clean the studio in between these appointments and will still be “setting the stage” for you!
- A 10-minute reception at the beginning of every party is to ensure that guests have time to arrive, change outfits, and settle in. Guests or entire parties arriving late may be subject to party modifications to ensure safety, including but not limited to a shortened instruction length, removal of photo shoot, or removal of instructor performance. We are unable to simply extend party times due to other client appointments.
